The Zeus400 (Z400) is the new complete controller box from Fungineers, replacing the Thor400 complete box. It supports batteries up to 32S.

Features
- True 32S ESC, best in class: upgraded Infineon OptiMOS 6 FETs and upgraded capacitors with 40% more capacitance.
- State-of-the-art built-in VESC: native LED support, beeper and onboard VESC Express.
- Single-PCB design: onboard status LED, onboard fuse and onboard screw-terminal motor connectors.
- Exceptional cooling: the aluminum box doubles as a heat sink.
- Two housing options: a sleek CNC-machined, anodized aluminum box, or a budget-friendly die-cast box. Both dissipate heat similarly and are otherwise identical.
- Strong see-through lid: made from polycarbonate.

- Motor connector for Superflux
- M20 gland for the battery pack
- Switch port and charge port
- Switchcraft-equivalent footpad port, plug-in compatible with our footpad and footpad connector (can be swapped for any XR-style footpad plug)
- Fits any XR-style frame and rails (not XR Classic) for the original riding experience.
Plug and Play
The VESC comes tested and set up. Just open the lid and connect your preferred battery. You may need to run motor calibration and IMU setup in VESC Tool.
The Fungineers charger is recommended, but other GX-16 style chargers will also fit the charge port.
Charging
Important: The Zeus400 box comes fitted with a GX-16 4-pin charge port. The 20S Fungineers charger cannot be used with the Zeus400.

After I ordered the fuse situation came up and they got the fuse shipped to me without even needing to contact. I hope they are now included in new order as I’m planning a new build in January.

I ordered this controller as a part of my X7 kit and received it in a week. It works great with the 84V battery, no overheating, no complaints. Looking forward to upgrading the battery to a 134V custom build to reveal the controller’s full potential. Luckily that custom battery comes with a fuse :)
Requires fuse that did not exist at the time of purchase. Without this fuse it’s a fire hazard. Fuse was not provided and instead was told to purchase one even though this was a flaw with the Thor400 and not included or available initially.
Hello! First of all thanks for the order. To be very clear, any and all ESCs are a fire hazard wihtout a fuse, it's just that most ESC makers and Battery makers dont want to talk about it or take the responsilibty. We took the responsbility of making the sport safer for all by actually producing a fuse that didnt exist in the market, and informing the people about it rather than just selling ESCs and have the customer deal with the rest. I hope you understand and sorry this is not what you expected. Hoping to have you finish your build soon :)
