1. General Fungineers LLC operates the Site and reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility Customers using the website who are minors or under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
3. Payments Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in USD will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
4. Governing Law Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
5. Sanctions Compliance We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

10. Payment Confirmation Once your payment has been successfully processed, an order confirmation notice will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of receipt. The confirmation email will include your order reference number, summary of items purchased, total amount charged, estimated delivery timeframe, and shipping details.
11. Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placement. Cancellation requests must be submitted by emailing support@fungineers.us with your order reference number. Refunds for cancelled orders will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
