1 year warranty. The Support team will assist in replacing any faulty item within the warranty period. There is no need to ship your boards across the world for repairs.

We honed each part individually for years, to give you a board with the best parts in the world. The Superflux High Speed Mk3 Motor, the Thor300 in a die-cast Metal box with insane cooling, a certified 84V 20S2P battery made from the best Molicel P28 cells, and the meticulously crafted X7 rails.

Shipping

Boards will be ready to ship 20 days after ordering.
For U.S. orders, additional 25 days are needed for Sea-freight to your door.
For EU/ Rest of the world, Airfreight option will take 15 days, 

Warranty

Our products have delivered exceptional performance in the toughest of terrains. Be it World Speed records with the Superflux, or Thors being run with the best riders in the European Onewheel League races. Therefore, we know our products are extremely reliable and robust, and we stand by our products. Users will have a 1 year repair or replace warranty for the Superflux, The Thor VESC, and the Battery! (except in cases of user error).
