Shipping & Duties
X7 Sport boards will deliver to your door within 5-10 days of ordering!
All X7 boards that show in stock, are actually in stock (no more pre-orders) and will be shipped immediately (for U.S. only). EU: 20 days time.
This does not apply to X7 Long Range and Supercharged boards; those still have a 45-60 days waiting period.
For U.S. all duties and Tariffs are prepaid by us.
Warranty
Our products have delivered exceptional performance in the toughest of terrains. Be it World Speed records with the Superflux, or Thors being run with the best riders in the European Onewheel League races. Therefore, we know our products are extremely reliable and robust, and we stand by our products. Users will have a 1 year repair or replace warranty for the Superflux, The Thor VESC, and the Battery! (except in cases of user error).

I purchased the X7 High Speed pre-built in black. This is the best recent purchase that I have made. The board performs effortlessly, and shredding it is the most fun I have had outdoors.
I would also like to thank the Fungineers team. From initial order to final delivery, I was kept in the loop and updated as the order progressed. If I had any questions, my emails were answered promptly, and no request was to much. I was mainly looked after by K, who was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Board showed up after waiting approximately the time quoted. Board is super strong, and very comfortable. Love that the board is VESC and can be tweaked the way I want to ride!
Significantly more power than a GTS and similar range for $1000 less. Plus it's a VESC so it rides amazing and supports all the accessories of the XR
I was excited to order my fun wheel x7 on may 10th. After 3 long months of waiting I finally received it in the mail today, August 4th. I opened the box, as everything was pre assembled already, took the fun wheel out and charged it first. All included was the charger the board and a few stickers. Took it outside for a test on the sidewalk and the right side of the board dipped really low and the plastic cable clip broke. I flipped the board over an inspected what happened, there was no bolts in the rails at all to the motor block and wheel. Nothing. To make it more disappointing there was a green Quality Control sticker directly next to where the missing bolts were never installed or included. I waited 3 months and literally cannot even ride the thing at all. Had to walk home carrying the board extremely disappointed. I tried to contact support through the discord app as directed by my friend who convinced me to buy this product, but the message “fails to send” for some reason. Hopefully someone else sees this and helps me out with getting the bolts and getting rolling, until then I can’t give a reason to buy this thing. Could have easily hurt myself if I wasn’t being super slow and cautious
