Collection: Powertrains

A Powertrain typically refers to the main driving unit of a car, typically the Engine + Gearbox combined. Basically what defines the Power, Speed, and characteristics of a car.

For us folks, a complete Powertrain is the Controller (front) Box with the Controller, Lights, Buttons, Charge port, motor and footpad connectors, all cased and waterproofed; and the Battery Box with the Battery pack, BMS, lights, all encased and waterproofed, and connected together with the cable harness. 

One can literally take the powertrain and install it in your favorite rails, put on the superflux motor, the footpads and bumpers, and be ready to ride (VESC setup is required, and is shown in the User Guides section).

Why did we do it?

You loved our stuff, but sometimes maybe you like different rails? or bumpers, or footpads? We didnt want to be too pushy, so we let you have it your way. Get your favorite powertrain, and mix and match with your favorite XR style rails and products (XR original not Classic).
