1. Order Processing All orders are processed within a minimum of 15 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Method All items are shipped via reputable international courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) in secure packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to customs clearance, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Fungineers LLC shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery.

4. Delivery Fees Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions and will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.

5. Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

6. Proof of Delivery A signed delivery receipt will be obtained and retained as proof of delivery for all orders.
