Things aren't going as planned?

Yea, this sounds about VESC. VESC is known for it's amazing power but it's downside are it's quirks. Let's try to get you back on the right track back to floating with ease. We have two support lines;

1) Our Discord. We have a lively community and an active customer support agent inside the server. Message @Fungineerssupport for any technical help or troubleshooting, or post a question in #vesc-troubleshooting to get personalized and direct help. But if you're looking for shipping updates, this probably isn't the place.

2) Our email is support@fungineers.us. In our email we can handle all requests; shipping, technical, or anything else you need.

3) We are also slowly growing our documentation. You can find this here. If you're new to the scene, we would recommend that you check out our beginner guide to VESC to get a good lay of the land.

 

We really hope we're able to get you back in the right direction. It's best to have patience at this stage as rushing things will never get you to where you want to be. The easiest path doesn't lead to what our hearts truly desire! Work slow, think critically, and have patience for us and yourself. You've got this!
