BlackBox - Fungineers Battery Box

The BlackBox is the new and improved Fungineers Battery box. The previous Funwheel battery box could only accommodate 18650 batteries. With 21700 batteries in mind, we had to rethink the battery box from the ground up. 

I reached out to Stanley from VOW to collaborate on his SYM boxes for the XR frame. While Stanley could make them very nice and customizable for a small group of people, our collaboration allowed us to modify the design to produce these boxes in bulk and have the option available for the wider community.

Features and Improvements:

The BlackBox fits 32 21700 cells! which means its perfect for a 32S1P High Voltage pack, or an 18S2P (maybe 19 if youre creative) 21700 pack.

Made with High Density PE, with fiberglass infused particles for extra rigidity and strength.

The previous lids on the Funwheel Battery boxes was stamped steel, this is a full CNC machined lid which is stronger and more rigid.

The bolting pattern is completely redesigned and the sealing is changed from a flat sheet of EPDM to a proper round rubber gasket (like the front Fungineers box).

The M20 gland that carries the battery wires out, doesnt have a retaining nut anymore. Rather, the gland screws into the box itself, making it extremely easy; and provides better waterproofing. 

The box can be used with the Fungineers bumpers, or with Torque Bang bumpers!

Can fit the Fungineers VESC BMS along with a 32S/18S2P battery. 

Includes all bolts required for assembly.
Does not Include battery, Rear LED, or battery cable/ harness. Please buy separately.

Only compatible with XR frame/ rails and Fungineers rails. Does not fit the GT rails.
