Cable/ Wire Harness (Connect Battery to Controller Box)

2025 Wire Harness Refresh!

This wire harness/ cable is a DIY-ers dream. Here's why:

- Improved the cable sheath/ protection from being just a PVC heatshrink to a proper PVC Jacket with an additional protection layer in it.
- The XT60s and XT30 connectors (discharge and charger) lengths are optimized for space saving and for compatibility across various ESCs and Battery packs.
- Dedicated 4 pin JST-GH connectors for LED
- Dedicated 4 pin JST-GH connector for our VESC/Fungineers BMS. The BMS is now basically plug and play with the Thor400/Thor301. One side 4 pin connector goes to the BMS and the other side to the Thor. No rewiring/ adapter/ re-pining necessary. 

Please check compatibility with your preferred controller (only THOR301, Thor400 and VFBMS are directly compatible)

Please check compatibility of the CAN connector and wiring order with other BMSes

Please check that your Battery XT60 is long enough

The Harness is long enough to accommodate Thunder, X7, and the longer X10 rails. 

M20 Cable gland that will fit in the new Cast/CNC Controller boxes.
