Long Range Powertrain - Complete Controller and Battery box assembled

This is a pre-order. As of May, we are undergoing certification of the new Powertrains, after which mass production will begin. Expected delivery of first batch is in September. We will try do deliver as fast as we can while ensuring the best quality :)

Description

This is a complete controller box with the latest Thor301 + a 20S2P 21700 Samsung 50S Battery box unit. the complete front and battery unit have been assembled together, and secured and water-proofed. There is no need to open the boxes.
All you need to do is plant the powertrain in your XR format rails, and put the motor, bumpers, and footpads.

Board setup is required after this.

No need for soldering, separating controller and battery, or mess with any wires. 

Fits any XR format board (X7, X10, thunder rails, original and aftermarket XR rails, bumpers and footpads).

Samsung 50S 21700 20S2P split pack. 18S2P in the rear and 2S2P in the front.

Range: 30 Miles on an XR sized board! 

Official VESC BMS to ensure 100% safety and reliability. 

Battery box is complete and waterproof-ed and connected with the controller box; not to be separated.

Controller Specifications:

Latest Upgraded Thor301 Controller with a powerful DC-Dc converter and upgraded Infineon FETs. 

Power: 301 Amps abs max! Please limit to 250 amps in VESCTool as default for enough headroom.

The controller box is the sturdy and reliable Fungineers Die-cast box, with complete connectors and LEDs

The controller box is connected to the battery box, and is sealed and waterproofed; not to be separated.

Assembly

Assembly simply involves taking the powertrain, and bolting it to any XR rails. Install the Superflux motor, install footpads and bumpers, and setup the motor and IMU using the user guide.

Warranty

One Year warranty. Please note, split packs can be dangerous and therefore the controller and boxes must not be opened without professional help. You have complete right to repair and install in any of your favorite rails, but please let us know if you plan to open the boxes for any reason, and we will guide you so your warranty is still covered and you can do it safely.
